Typo in "HTML 4.01 Specification"

Good morning.

I've noticed that in chapter "11.1 Introduction to tables", the two
rendered example tables have different text alignment for the numbers
in the cells. They should be aligned in the same way in both renders.
Left aligned, presumably.

I hope this will help a (very) little bit.
