Dear HTML Working Group,

states that your are going to change the value space of the usemap
attribute through errata, but nothing has happend since, the latest
draft still defines the value space as IDREF and people get confused
by that, see e.g. <http://tidy.sf.net/bug/999258>; please change the
usemap attribute as indicated in the beforementioned message.
