[XHTML2] H. Stylesheet for XHTML 2

In the style sheet the following rule is used to detect links:

   *[href]

This should be replaced by:

   :link

The following rule:

   *[href]:hover

Should be replaced by:

   :link:hover,:visited:hover

Or should be removed, since most user agents don't have a default 
mouseover style for links in a web document.
