XHTML M12N: body content model

It seems there is an error in XHTML M12N First and Second Edition, the
minimal content model of the body element is described as

  (Heading | Block | List)*

in the prose but apparently as (Heading | Block | List)+ in the DTD and
Schema modules; the prose should probably say (Heading | Block | List)+
instead.
