name attribute on img and form in XHTML 1.0 Strict

Dear HTML WG,

  HTML 4.01 Strict includes the name attribute for form and img but
XHTML 1.0 Strict does not. It neither lists this as change from HTML
4.01, I thus suppose this is an error in the specification. Could you
confirm this and add something about it in the errata?
