Hello, The HTML 4.01 DTD listed in the file "loose.dtd" that is part of the HTML version of the recommendation differs from the DTD listed in the recommendation document. It appears to me as if line 30 contains a syntax error: ................. --> <!ENTITY % HTML.Version "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN" -- Typical usage: ................
