xml:lang in XML 1.0 SE errata

Hi,

  http://www.w3.org/XML/xml-V10-2e-errata#E41 notes that empty xml:lang
attribute specifications are allowed and changes the default definition
of the attribute from NMTOKEN to CDATA. The XHTML document types should
inherit this new definition through errata and hopefully revised
specifications, the latter because documents using empty xml:lang
attributes won't validate without revised DTDs.
