where the schema files are

Hi,

A minor comment: it would be helpful if there was a link from the spec
to the schema files, or to an tar archive or them. I found them in the
tar of the spec, but it wasn't obvious that I would find them there.

Sorry if I missed that link, I mostly checked section 3, where I would
expect that such a link would be.
