File extension for XFrames

Acutally, XForms isn't a standalone document type, so it won't have a MIME
type.

But presumably you meant XFrames. :-)

To avoid confusion, I ask the Working Group to avoid the extensions ".xfm"
and ".frm" in the XFrames draft and related examples. (Suggested
replacement: ".xframe")
