WD-xhtml1-20011004: errata: '>' missing in transitional dtd @+/- 6110

hello.

i would suspect this is a known error, but i didn't find any reference
to errata in what appears to be the current xhtml draft. in any case,
the transitional dtd which is available for download is does not well
formed. perhaps someone could take a look at it.
