Hello, the second edition of the XHTML Transitional DTD has a syntax error (http://www.w3.org/TR/2001/WD-xhtml1-20011004/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd): It contains: <!ENTITY % phrase.extra "sub | sup" Note that the closing ">" is missing.
