Public Identifiers of Style Sheets Module

Hello XHTML editors,

The public identifier of Style Sheets module is defined in Appendix
F.3.16. of "Modularlization of XHTML" as follows:

PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML Style Sheets 1.0//EN"

The correct public identifier should be:

PUBLIC "-//W3C//ELEMENTS XHTML Style Sheets 1.0//EN"
