There's a minor error in the HTML 4.01 specification document for the
element <TEXTAREA> under "17.7 The TEXTAREA element"
http://www.w3.org/TR/1999/REC-html401-19991224/interact/forms.html#h-1
7.7). The attribute 'accesskey' is specified in the DTD fragment, but
is not specified under "Attribute definitions" or "Attributes defined
elsewhere". I assume the following text, under "17.11.2 Access keys"
http://www.w3.org/TR/1999/REC-html401-19991224/interact/forms.html#ade
f-accesskey is correct: "The following elements support the accesskey
attribute: A, AREA, BUTTON, INPUT, LABEL, and LEGEND, and TEXTAREA.
