error in xhtml-lat1.ent

there are these lines:

<!ENTITY not    "&#172;"> <!-- not sign = discretionary hyphen,
                                  U+00AC ISOnum -->
<!ENTITY shy    "&#173;"> <!-- soft hyphen = discretionary hyphen,
                                  U+00AD ISOnum -->


The first of those lines should read:
<!ENTITY not    "&#172;"> <!-- not sign = angled dash


Do I get a prize for having found this?  An autographed copy of
html-0.dtd?  An ISO-standard t-shirt?
