Gzipped HTML specification

Hi webmaster!
   On page http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/ you offer gzipped html
version of HTML specification for download. However, this html
version contains not only links to www.w3.org but also images
loads from www.w3.org and style sheet loads from www.w3.org.

In other words, I cannot view specification correctly unless
connecting to www.w3.org which defies original purpose of
downloadable documentation.

Can you fix this?
