Modularization CR points to wrong previous version

I noted previous that the diff version of the CR appears to be wrong.

It also appears that the CR points to the wrong document as its previous
draft:

http://www.w3.org/TR/2000/WD-xhtml-modularization-20000105/
instead of:
http://www.w3.org/TR/2000/WD-xhtml-modularization-20001004/

When/if the diff version is fixed, could it specify which two versions of
Modularization of XHTML it is comparing?
