HTML 4.01 in non-gzip'ed PDF format

PDF format is already a relatively small format, and no one with Acrobat
loaded, should not have to unzip, or un-gzip, any of your files.

Please post on your HTML 4.01 Specification Page (
http://www.w3.org/TR/1999/REC-html401-19991224/ )
a straight, non-gzip'ed, PDF version of the specification, just like you do
for your CSS2 specification ( http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-CSS2/ ).

It would be much appreciated.
