On <http://www.w3.org/TR/html401/struct/global.html> in the section
"7.4.4 Meta data," part "The META element," subpart "META and search
engines," the example has comments that are not properly defined. The
exclamation point between the "<" and "--" is missing in each comment
declaration.

                       content="vacation, Greece, sunshine">

              <META name="keywords" lang="en"
