Example error in comments

On <http://www.w3.org/TR/html401/struct/global.html> in the section
"7.4.4 Meta data," part "The META element," subpart "META and search
engines," the example has comments that are not properly defined. The
exclamation point between the "<" and "--" is missing in each comment
declaration.

              <META name="keywords" lang="en-us"
                       content="vacation, Greece, sunshine">
              <-- For speakers of British English -->
              <META name="keywords" lang="en"
                       content="holiday, Greece, sunshine">
              <-- For speakers of French -->
              <META name="keywords" lang="fr"
                       content="vacances, Gr&egrave;ce, soleil">
