Tables in HTML Documents

I printed out the tutorial at www.w3.org/TR/REC-html40/struct/tables.html

Because there was a glitch with your document, it printed out 51 pages. On 
various pages, the document printed text in a column about 12 characters 
wide, hence it displayed the text vertically. This is a waste of paper, and 
it created a bulky document.
