omission?

I was looking for detailed information on the "mailto:" tag,
specifically all of the parameters that it might take such as:

<a href="mailto:jpalooka@bozo.net?subject=RE: Testing
765">jpalooka@bozo.net</a>

In particular, I am wondering if there is a way to specify the contents
of the "body field."
