Errata in html4specs, chapter 7.4.4

Hello

In chapter 7.4.4 (about meta tags) there is the following tag:

<META http-equiv="refresh" content="3,http://www.acme.com/intro.html">

In netscape 4.6, this does'nt work. the "," between 3 and http://   has to be an ";"
I don't know if this is a bug in netscape or that your spec is wrong.
