Hi guys, It is incorrect to refer to existing browsers as "SGML-based". I even wonder if there are any... Section 4.1.1 reads: Although overlapping is illegal in SGML, it was widely tolerated in SGML-based browsers. "SGML-based" should be replaced by "existing" or something like that.
