error in html40

page 29 section 3.3.3

the text say:

A | B
        Either A or B occurs, but not both.

A & B
        Both A and B occur, in any order

and the example say:

< ! ELEMENT DL        - -  (DT | DD) +>

The DL element must contain one or more DT or DD elements in any order.
