ERROR: HTML4.0 Specification

Hi there,

  I'd like to report a mistake in the page called HTML 4.0 Specification
(URL: http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-html40/). The third link in the section
"Available formats" (A zip file containing ...) points to a tool called
DiDa's (a html editor) not to the specification of html4.0 (html zipped
files).
