URGENT ! It is not any more possible to use and / or validate a document using the following DOCTYPE : <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-html40/strict.dtd"> This DTD makes reference to the following files : http://www.w3.org/TR/1998/REC-html40-19980424/HTMLlat1.ent http://www.w3.org/TR/1998/REC-html40-19980424/HTMLsymbol.ent http://www.w3.org/TR/1998/REC-html40-19980424/HTMLspecial.ent Access to these files now give the following response : Error 401 - Authorization Required I think this is an urgent problem for the whole WWW community !
