Error in HTML 4.0 Specification

HTML 4.0 Specification, Chapter 24, Character entity references

There seems to be an error in one of the entity definitions in
part 24.4.1 under «General Punctuation»: U+201A, single low-9
quotation mark, is given the entity name «sbquo», while the
pattern established by «lsquo», «rsquo», «ldquo», «rdquo» and
«bdquo» suggests that «bsquo» is intended.
