Many thanks for offering to help translate the HTML 4.0 spec into
Korean. I have added your name to the list of volunteers on our
website:

I suggest you contact the other volunteers working on Korean
to see how you can help on translating or reviewing. Basically
it involves downloading the English version and translating it
a file at a time.

When the translation is complete, we will add a link to it from
the above page.
