French translator

My name is Pierre-Alexandre Giasson. I would like to help the 
translating team to make the french version of the french 4.0 HTML 
document. I have some difficulties to write in english without any 
mistakes but I don't have any problem to translate anything from english 
to french. I'm able to rean in english and to write in french.

province du Québec depuis que je suis né. Je n'ai aucune difficulté à 
lire et à comprendre l'anglais et je suis disposé à vous aider dans la
