SCRIPT element does not describe EVENT and FOR attributes

Admittedly I haven't done a lot of looking, but the April 4.0 DTD
mentions EVENT and FOR as attributes for SCRIPT, and they are 
never actually mentioned anywhere in the descriptive reference. 

How are we to know what they are for? 

I looked also in the errata section and did not immediately see this 
mentioned either.
