Hi,

I have noticed the following errors in the HTML 4.0 specification:

Section 7.5.6
The tag <P> should be removed from the example.
(The content model for ADDRESS is (%inline;)*, which makes a P
element inside an ADDRESS element illegal.)

Section A.1.2.
S should be removed from the list.
(S was not in HTML 3.2, although HTML 3.2 mentioned that STRIKE
might be phased out in favor of S)

Index of elements
In the description of S, "sstrike" should be corrected to "strike".
