TRanslating stecifications

Hello, there!

My name is Eike Sintram, and I'm a student (and www-freak) from
Germany. When I downloaded the HTML 4.0 specs, i read the page
about translating them to other languages.

So I want to join the group translating the specs to (you've guessed
it) German.

Please Send me some information on how to join the group of translators.
