Hello, I saw the following on www.w3c.org :

>If you are in a position to help with this, please write
>to www-html-editor@w3.org.
>We expect you to give us permission to republish
>the translated version and to
>allow readers to make copies without restrictions.

I wish to apply to work in the French Team to translate
the HTML 4.0 Specification built by the W3C members.

I am an 18-year old french student, and I have been
learning English for 8 years now since I'm at school.

I particularly like computers, english, and I like
designing web page. I will work this summer
in a work experience to design a web site,
and I would like to learn HTML 4.0 .. I think
taking part in the translation would first, teach
me HTML 4.0 in a nice way, then I would appreciate
to have the ability to contribute to the work
	of HTML improvement.

	Thank you for your reply...
