HTML 4.0 In Indonesian...

Dear Sir,

I am a beginner about creating home page. My experience is poor
about HTML especially it is TAGS. Curently I was creating home page
I do not know from where I have to start.

I ask some hands from you the explanation all about the HTML 4.0 and it
is TAGS in Indonesian. My english is too bad. Hoping Sir can gives
me some help.
