Hello... About HTML 4.0 Specs. In present/frames.html at 16.3, the example "init_dynamic.html" is not valid relative to your validation service (encountering <BODY> instead of <FRAMESET>...). "Transitional" instead of "Frameset" in the DOCTYPE declaration should be better, I guess... Same remark for the section 16.3.1... Sincerely yours, Pascal Oberti.
