Thanks for the PDF, it seems like a goog idea indeed. I've tried to produce one myself and I'm a little puzzled by the result. For some reason the file I got is smaller (1478880 vs 1876712). Have you used any particular options or preferences? Looking at both with acroread I can't tell the difference...
