I sincerely hope that the <NOBR> tag is being considered for Cougar.
It has been implemented by Netscape and Microsoft for a long time now,
and is a very useful tag. Another suggestion an IMGSRC (or something similar)
as an attribute to the <BASE> tag. Many people, myself included, have images
in separate directories from files and this requires a lot more typing. This
would act like a the HREF attribute but for images, telling the browser the
base image directory
