I think there are two issues which are not covered by the current FRAME
proposal: printing, referencing.

printing: how can frames be printed correctly ?

referencing: when using frames browsers one usually starts at the home
page and work they way to a page of interest. How can one link to that
page and also keep the frames which added themselves while browsing ?
This is important since usually the only method to browse through these
sites are frames which act as banners.

I think these two issues should be considered by your group when
discussing FRAMEs.

Thanks

Phil

PS Sorry if I state the obvious.
