What is the most reliable way to deploy an xform
in the following Examples:

.. Emailing to people who use Outlook as a mail reader.
Are the local settings that user needs to make or avoid in
order to display and submit information with an xform?

.. Generating a pdf form for user to fill in and press submit
to transmit the data.
Is this possible with the open source IDE's available?
Are there any local setting of the user that might 
cause this to fail?

(I would like to use either of the above as opposed to a web form).
