wrong link in XForms 1.0 (Third Edition)

Hi all,

XForms 1.0 (Third Edition) has a link to XML Events
recommendation. The link should go to the version where editors were
Steven Pemberton, T. V. Raman, Shane P.
McCarron, so basically XML Events version 1.
But because for some strange reason the draft version of XML Events 2
is placed in the same location where XML Events 1 used to be,
XForms 1.0 has now a link to the wrong version of the XML Events.
This wouldn't so bad if XML Events 2 was backwards compatible with XML 
Events 1, but unfortunately that is not the case.
