Error in XForms Test suite 4.3.7.a

The test XForms Test suite 4.3.7.a in the testsuite seems to be an 
invalid testcase if "bypassing the normal event flow" means that the 
xforms-rebuild is *not* dispatched. If however it means something else 
it would be nice with a clarification.
