XForms 1.0 Second Edition Errata Document Updates

Please note that the Forms Working Group has updated the Errata document 
for XForms 1.0 Second Edition.

The status has been amended and link errors corrected based on feedback 
from Elliotte and Bjoern.
Erratum E2 was expanded.
Errata E18 to E28 were added.
Reference material was properly placed in an appendix.

A further update is expected to add a few more errata and to substantially 
change E14.
