Spamcop has been blocking W3C mails

A few minutes ago the block by Spamcop of mails from W3C was lifted, so  
this is just a warning that if your site uses spamcop, you will have  
missed most mails sent this week to W3C mailing lists.

The problem is being worked on; it seems to be due to incorrect automation  
concerning the confirmation mail that is sent the first time you send  
something to a W3C list.
