No. You can use a listener:

       <xforms:trigger id="trigger">
	...
		<xforms:action id="action">
       	...
       	</xforms:action>
	</xforms:trigger>

	<ev:listener event="xforms-valid" handler="action" observer="trigger"/>
	<ev:listener event="xforms-enabled" handler="action" observer="trigger"/>
