Last Call for UBL Input Specification comments

Announcing the Last Call for any comments on the UBL Input 
Specifications. Recall that the goal of this whole operation is to 
produce 'everything a form author needs to become immediately productive 
with the Universal Business Language'.


Have a look at the wiki page. Can you follow what it's asking for? Could 
you sit down and design a form for it? Send me comments directly up to 
the deadline of July 1, 2005. That's right before a long holiday weekend 
in the US, so plan accordingly.
