Section 7.3 #4: bind element and ref

4. The context node for computed expressions (occurring on element bind)
is the first node of the node-set returned from the binding expression
in the ref attribute on the same element.

This section talks about a "ref" attribute on bind, but bind element
does not have a "ref" attribute right?
