9.3.8 - "data instance" etc

Line 1 after the numbered bullets: "a index". Needs editing.

Also what does "data instance" mean? This term occurs several times in the WD 
and I am not sure if it is intended as a synonym/typo for "instance data" or 
is a distinct term (which is undefined).

In Line 2 replace "functions index" with "function index".
