9.3.3 - Code Example Again

It seems to me that the comment at the end of the code example in 9.3.3 needs 
a qualifying statement.

If I understand the description of xforms:copy correctly the suggested 
instance data in 9.3.3 only applies if all all three flavours are selected.

If one or more flavours is not selected then a different instance data 
structure would result.
