Appendix G - Non-XHTML Examples needed

One of the promises of XForms was that it would provide a cross-platform and 
cross-language Web forms solution.

To that end it would be useful to see in Appendix G full examples using 
XForms with non-XHTML technologies to provide reassurance that XForms is not 
an XHTML-only solution with token usefulness/functionality in other settings.
