  The AchieveForms product from Business Web Software can be used to design forms and serve them now in HTML, and can export the form definitions as XFORMS documents for use in the future.

   

  There are a number of logical differences between HTML forms and XFORMS that would make an XSL-T approach very difficult to get reliable results.
