8.1 - appearance attribute

In the big table in 8.1 the permitted values of the appearance attribute on 
xforms:output include "xforms:QNameButNotNCName".

No such datatype is defined in 5.2.

Is this the same or something different cf the final allowed value on the 
appearance attribute in the Common UI group?
